Most orders usually ship within 2-3 days. If you place your order Friday-Sunday, your order may take an extra day or two to ship depending on the volume of orders we receive on the weekend.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll only pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise; the customers pays for the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Once marked RTS, the package begins its return journey to our facility, which typically takes 2-9 business days, depending on the location and postal service volume.

If the returned package arrives at our facility and reshipment is possible, we will:

Reship the package to the confirmed or updated address.
Provide new tracking information to follow its delivery progress.
In some cases, reshipment may not be feasible—for example, if return postage is required but not covered by the shipping method. In such cases, we’ll work with you to find the best possible resolution.

If it’s been more than 10 business days (or 5 or 2, depending on your chosen shipping method) since your order shipped and your package has not arrived and you did not add Route+ Package Protection to your order, please email support@jayrolls.com with your order number and the title “Lost in Transit,” and we’ll look into it for you.

The shipping prices provided below apply to our domestic customers.:

For orders totaling less than $50, we offer flat-rate economy shipping at either $5 or $10, depending on the size of your order. Orders exceeding $50 qualify for free economy shipping!

We also provide two upgraded shipping options. Opt for UPS Ground for delivery within 3-5 business days (up to 1 week), or select UPS 2nd-Day Air for even faster delivery.

Remember, when choosing upgraded shipping methods on Fridays or weekends, our processing timeframe is 1-3 business days, and we only ship during normal business hours Monday to Friday.

Please note that upgraded shipping methods cannot be chosen for PO boxes or APO orders.

You will earn half of the product’s price value (US currency) in Delcoins when shopping on the main website. You will earn the full amount of the product’s price value in points when shopping on the app. The product’s price will be rounded up or down to determine the amount of Delcoins to be awarded.
